Dr. Martine Gagnon Wilkie, Th.D., M.C.C., D.C.C. (h.c.), is a Psycho-Neuro-Spiritual Transformation Expert, consultant-strategist, and the creator of the Limitless Interface System™ (LIS), a psycho-neuro-spiritual and action-based system that recodes the Inner Interface, the internal operating system of the soul, so that vision, identity, and results finally align. The LIS is the culmination of more than three decades of experience, the synthesis of a journey that matured into a structured model.

For more than thirty years, Dr. Wilkie has guided leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers from effort and stagnation toward clarity, coherence, and sustainable performance. Out of that accumulated experience the LIS was born, uniting more than 6,000 years of ancient wisdom with modern science, psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics, and strategy: it works at the root architecture that governs human results, then installs the execution structures that turn alignment into measurable outcomes.

At the heart of the system lies the 80/20 principle of transformation. The visible 20%, strategy, tactics, and effort, can only perform to the level permitted by the invisible 80%, the beliefs, paradigms, emotional patterns, and inherited generational memory encoded in the Inner Interface from conception onward. When that interface is misaligned, even gifted and disciplined people meet repeated ceilings. When it is recoded, resistance dissolves and growth accelerates.

Dr. Wilkie's journey began in social work, serving deaf women who were victims of violence. She founded the Maison des Femmes Sourdes de Montréal, the first organization in the world dedicated to intervention with deaf women survivors of violence. She later worked with the Alzheimer Societies of Montreal and Haut-Richelieu, training intervention workers, professionals, and families to support those living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This work gave her a deep, applied understanding of memory, cognition, conditioning, and inherited paradigms, the very foundations on which the LIS was later built.

A long-time entrepreneur and, for more than twenty years, a pastor, she has led and built across multiple fields. For the past eight years, she has worked full-time as a consultant-strategist to high performers, applying the LIS to resilience, decision architecture, leadership, and long-term expansion across multiple nations.

She is the author of Activate Heaven on Earth with the Limitless Interface™, which codifies the LIS, the fruit of more than thirty years of applied practice. She works in partnership with her husband, Allen Wilkie, whose affirmation architecture, declaration-based music, and guided visualization support deep neuro-spiritual integration and embodiment.

Through her books, international immersions, masterclasses, digital programs, and the Be Limitless Podcast, Dr. Wilkie equips individuals to dismantle limiting internal codes, install the Limitless Interface System (LIS), and translate inner alignment into a tangible, lived reality, in purpose, leadership, wealth, and everyday life.
